In our proposed time table it majorly connect and coordinate between 3 distinctive elements in a school. Those are Teachers, Classes, and Periods.
There are 4 major types of time tables that are inter related with those elements.
- Master time table
- Class-wise time table
- Teachers wise time table
- Relief time table
Master time table
The master
time table will have comprehensive information about teacher-wise and
class-wise time slots allocation in a single view. This time table contains all
the subject teacher allocation done for the working days in the week for a
particular class.
Class-wise time table
After
creating above master time table we can derive class-wise time table and
teacher-wise time table.
Teacher-wise time table
This time
table contains the time slot and class room allocation of a single teacher. The
teacher wise time table will be created for each individual teacher. Some
teachers will be handling multiple subjects and the subject association also
will be displayed in the teacher wise time table.
Relief
time table
This time
table contain each teacher’s relief time table. This time table is based on
teachers attendances and there subject priority list. This relief time table
also contain teachers leaving details. When teachers want to have a leave, it
has to be requested though a leave form. By considering leaving details system
will generate relief time table.
